  Great experience. I spoke with Ettian and he showed me the car I wanted. I knew a bit about the car and Ettian helped me with information that I didn't have.
  I then spoke with Shelley in finance and she was lovely to deal with.
  Both Ettian and Shelley made my experience pleasent and I trusted them when I was speaking with them.
  They weren't too pushy and it didn't feel like they wanted me to buy the most expensive car - just seemed like they wanted to help me. Thank you.

  One Saturday I was sad and desperate to go back home to wa.i had a collision with a roo,my car cold do 60 kms an hour, malouf dealership was closed,would you believe, they opened the service department to fix my car,to the lady at the car dealer big thanks,to the lady service manager and the mechanics thank you,the experience with you guys will stay in my heart forever
  To me 5 stars its not enough

  Excellent service by Michael the salesperson, who made me feel very at ease with purchasing my first "Brand New" car plus, thorough explanation of the car's features during our test drive. David in finance was also helpful and informative regarding their finance options.

  I can’t speak highly enough about the people and service from the people at Malouf Auto’s, Mount Isa, Queensland.
  My wife and I are from WA and are travelling around Australia towing a caravan. About 300km out from Mt Isa our ute developed what I thought was a gearbox problem. Got to Mt Isa and spoke to Alan from the service dept and described the problem I was experiencing. Alan thought it sounded probably like a torque converter problem and got Rowan (not sure if the name is correct) to take the vehicle for a drive and Rowan agreed that it was indeed a torque converter issue and the part needed replacing.
  In the current world economic situation it’s not easy to source parts that are not in much demand. A week later and delivery was still up in the air and the part’s current location was not exactly known. The repair was under manufacturer warranty and there was a protocol to follow with the order.
  That’s where Amy from Malouf got involved. Amy went through the usual channels involving the vehicle manufacturer and order protocol but hit a brick wall with communication and “care” from the other companies involved in the supply.
  Amy searched around, located another converter and ordered it direct for Malouf from the supplier and it was delivered in two days.
  Alan from the service dept then again stepped in and did some shuffling and scheduled the repair to be done within days.
  The repair took a bit longer than the day it was scheduled for and Malouf needed to keep the car overnight and finish it in the morning. Trouble was for us was that our drinks fridge was in the back of the ute - disaster. Amanda the receptionist in the service dept stepped up and dropped the fridge off to us at the caravan park we were staying at on her way home from work.
  It just doesn’t get any better than that. Great caring people and great service.

  Fan-bloody-tastic
  I can honestly say that this has been the best experience with a dealership so far. These guys are great, big shout out to Michael on the sales team who went above and beyond to answer all of my annoying questions and who called back quickly and on days off when he missed a call. Dave on finance is amazing, a real down to earth genuine person who wants to help. They both made the whole experience brilliant and I can’t say enough good things about them both. As for the car, we could not be happier. I will definitely buy my next car from these guys.
